About the Author

Sandra Rowe, PhD, PMP, MBA, MSCIS, has more than 25 years of project management experience. Her responsibilities have included leading information technology and process improvement projects; developing project management processes, tools, and techniques; and designing, developing, and delivering project management training programs. She has also taught graduate-level project management courses.

Dr. Rowe speaks regularly at project management conferences on a variety of topics related to project management processes, project management for small projects, the project office, knowledge sharing, and lessons learned.

Dr. Rowe is a member of PMI and received her PMP in 1995. Her educational background includes a doctor of philosophy in business with a specialization in project management, a bachelor of science in business, a master’s of business administration, and a master’s of science in computer and information systems.
