第一部分　情景背景知识

Engineers from German equipment company will arrive at the site of the project according to the date listed in the following table. Liujie as a receptionist needs to arrange the hotel, work place, and to know other related requirements through telephone contacting with foreign staff(Figure 1.1)．In the following work agenda, they will form a working team with the staff and technician Cuipeng and others at the site(Figure 1.2)，to direct the equipment installation, commissioning and so on.

德国设备公司的工程师将于下表所列日期按计划到达项目现场，刘杰作为接待人员，需要做好接待准备，安排好相关入住酒店、工作地点，并通过电话联系外方人员了解其他相关需求(如图1.1)。在接下来的工作中，外方人员将与现场中方工作人员及技术人员崔鹏等组建一个工作团队(如图1.2)，现场指导设备安装、调试等工作。
