Khun Benz Restaurant in Soneva Kiri Resort in Thailand provides unique tree dinning experience worldwide, offering guests a novel and private environment to embrace the great nature in their unforgettable and romantic lovers' world.

Soneva Kiri Resort has spent more than five years on constructing this 'bird nest' restaurant, using pine of FSC integrating Eucalyptus Wood from artificial forest and Malay Dendrocalamus from Thai central part as building materials to stick to environmental protection.

The restaurant is located in Thai rainforest. It is built on a tree 5m above ground in a bird nest shaped appearance allowing 2 people to sit in. With excellent view, diners in Bird Nest Restaurant can not only enjoy Thai food and top champagne, but also have a great view of seaside beauty under the trees. Waiters pass through the rainforest with aerial cableway to deliver food and wine. The restaurant is controlled by a winch up and down alone the tree to pick up diners.

泰国Soneva Kiri度假村耗费逾五年时间兴建这个“鸟巢”餐厅，选用松木，配合泰国人造树林所种植的尤加利木材及泰国中部盛产的马来甜龙竹作为建筑材料，坚守环保原则。

餐厅建在泰国的雨林当中。餐厅外形呈鸟巢状，里面可以容纳两个人，建在离地近5米高的树上。“鸟巢餐厅”视野极佳，用餐者在里面不仅可以享用泰国美食，畅饮顶级香槟，还能够饱览树下的海边美景。服务员会滑着高空索道穿过雨林，将食物和美酒送上。“鸟巢餐厅”由绞车控制，可以沿树上下，方便接送用餐者。
