5.3.1　Type，specification，quality，quantity and performance of materials and standard specimens shall meet the requirements of design technical documents and current national standards of products.Acceptance shall be conducted with records when materials and standard specimens enter site.

Quantity checked:check all the quality certification documents.Entities in selective examination should be 1% and no less than 5.Comply with requirements to reexamination if reexamination is required according to design technical documents and relevant standards of the nation.

Checking methods:Check quality certification documents，reexamination reports and acceptance records.Check appearance or by field tests.
