5.3 Quality Criteria and Inspection Method for Civil Works

5.3.1 The construction quality criteria and inspection methods for position and marking,earthworks and foundation pit works,foundation and base treatment works,waterproofing works,masonry works,concrete structure works,steel structure works,ground and floor works,roofing works,construction and decoration works,corrosion protection works,water supply and drainage works,heating ventilation and air conditioning works,building electricity works,elevator and in-plant road works of flue gas desulfurization project should comply with DL/T 5210.1-2005.

5.3.2 SO2 absorption system.

1 Unit project position and marking,Formwork of absorber foundation installation,absorber foundation concrete appearance and dimensional deviation should comply with this standard,and the others shall comply with DL/T 5210.1-2005.

2 Unit project position and marking.

1)Application scope:unit project(foundation of each building,structure and major equipment).

2)Inspection quantity:all inspection.

3)Quality criteria and inspection methods Refer to Table 5.3.2-1.

3 Absorber foundation formwork installation.

1)Quantity inspection:For major items,100% check,then spot check 3-5 places(2-3m for each place),check carefully and take measurements,for general items,spot check 5-10 places,measure 5 data for each item at least.

2)Quality criteria and inspection methods:Refer to Table 5.3.2-2.

4 Concrete appearance and dimensional deviation

1)Inspection quantity:spot check 10 or more representative positions with complete inspection and measurement.

5.3.3 Flue gas system.

Unit project position and marking shall comply with clause 2 of 5.3.2,the others should comply with DL/T 5210.1-2005.

5.3.4 Limestone preparation and slurry transportation system.

Unit project position and marking should comply with clause 2 of 5.3.2,underground concrete structure formwork installation works,limestone silo formwork installation,limestone(powder)silo formwork(slip formwork)installation works,limestone(powder)silo concrete structure appearance and dimensional deviation,cast-in-situ concrete hopper Formwork installation works,cast-in-situ hopper steel bar erection works,cast-in-situ concrete hopper structure appearance and dimensional deviation,concrete hopper high polymer plate wear resistance layer,steel hopper assembly works and steel hopper installation works should comply with this Standard,the others should comply with DL/T 5210.1-2005.

1 Underground concrete structure Formwork installation works:

1)Inspection quantity:

Major Item

100% inspection.

General items

Formwork installation,floor:All inspection.

Arching of reinforced concrete beam/slab:In one inspection lot,10% and no less than 3 pieces should be checked for beam,and spot check 10% and no less than 3 checking surfaces classified by longitudinal and transverse axes for slab.

Embedded parts,reserved holes:In one inspection lot,10% and no less than 3 pieces shall be checked for beams/columns,spot check 10% and no less than 3 checking surfaces classified by adjacent axes for walls and by longitudinal and transverse axes for slab.

Formwork installation deviation:In one inspection lot,10% and no less than 3 pieces shall be checked for beams/columns,spot check 10% and no less than 3 checking surfaces classified by axes for walls and slab.

2)Quality criteria and inspection methods:Refer to Table 5.3.4-1.

1)Inspection quantity:Lower/upper opening center elevation,center position deviation and reserved holes shall be checked one by one,the other inspection items shall be spot checked at no less than 5 places.
