1　Scope

This Standard provides criteria and requirements for construction quality inspection and assessment of building and installation for wet limestone/lime-gypsum flue gas desulphurization project in thermal power plant.

This Standard is applicable for construction quality inspection and assessment of building and installation for new，expanded and retrofitted wet limestone/lime-gypsum flue gas desulphurization project in thermal power plant，and can be used as a reference for the construction quality inspection and assessment of building and installation for the other desulphurization project.
