The Code for Design of Steel Tank Foundation has been approved as a national standard with a serial number of GB 50473-2008，and it is implemented on August 1，2009.In this Code，Articles 3.1.1，3.3.2，3.4.1 and 3.5.1 are compulsory provisions and must be enforced strictly.
