6.6　Auxiliary equipment

6.6.1　The installation of condenser shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　After the condensing tube of the condenser is expanded jointed，carry out steam side watering to check out the leakage；the max allowable leakage quantity is 3‰ of the total，the leakage pipe shall be sealed；

2　The condenser springs shall be well without cracks，and the height of all springs shall be same.

6.6.2　Before installing the air ejector of water，steam jet，the interior shall be cleaned.

6.6.3　The deaerator installation shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　The welding slag，welding beading，oil dirty，scale inside the water tank shall be cleaned；

2　Before the safety valve is installed，the regulation shall be qualified；

3　The platform，ladders，handrails shall be fixed installed.

6.6.4　The interior of the surge tank shall be cleaned，and the leakage shall be checked through watering.

6.6.5　The installation of auxiliary equipments shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　The foundation elevation shall comply with the regulation of design documentation，and besides conform to the regulation of design documentation，the dimension，depth，verticality，center distance of anchor bolt hole shall also be compared with the equipment dimension for confirmation；

2　Gasket iron shall be arranged in both sides of anchor bolt and around the foundation；the contacting between the gasket irons，gasket iron and foundation shall be well，and the side point welding shall be carried out before secondary grouting；

3　Before connect pipes，the inlet and outlet pipe of the equipment shall be covered with protections；

4　Fasten the anchor bolts after the single-stage grouting reaches certain intensity.
