Qualitative usability testing

Usability testing is a widely used research method used to collect detailed and direct qualitative user feedback about our product.
It's as simple as inviting a user (or a potential user) from your target audience and showing them our product, giving them specific tasks, and monitoring what they are doing.
If you do it right, you will get a bunch of useful and actionable insights. You will be surprised by how often the feature you consider to be one of the most straightforward things on your site turns out to be the most confusing for your target audience. That's the point here–to see and feel the actual troubles of your users.
