He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He was always interested in computers, utilities, software, hacking, and tools. He got an opportunity to work in the IT field, became a database admin, and after some years, was suddenly attracted by cloud computing technology and Salesforce; he currently works with Salesforce CRM and is very passionate about it.
