5.4 Pipeline Arrangement

5.4.1 The thermodynamic pipes may be laid in the same pipe gallery and on the same pipe rack with the cement process pipes;in case any conflict occurs to the comprehensive layout of pipeline,the treatment mode shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standard Code for design of general plan of industrial enterprises GB 50187.

5.4.2 In case underground pipelines are arranged within range of pavement,the method of direct burial or trench laying shall be determined by technical and economic comparison.

5.4.3 Overhead pipeline shall be arranged in accordance with the following requirements:

1 It shall use buildings(or structures)of cement production lines;

2 It shall not impede traffic,maintenance,natural lighting and natural ventilation of buildings,and shall ensure neat appearance;

3 Overhead lines should be arranged at corresponding position of underground pipelines.

5.4.4 The horizontal clear distance of underground pipelines,horizontal clear distance among underground pipelines,overhead pipelines and buildings(or structures),and vertical clear distance among underground pipelines and between underground pipelines and the intersections of railways and roads shall be determined by the engineering geology,framework foundation form,inspection shaft structure,burial depth of pipelines,pipe diameter,media inside pipes and other factors,and the minimum clear distances shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standard Code fordesign of cement plant GB 50295.

5.4.5 Comprehensive layout of pipelines in renovation and extension projects shall not impede the normal use of existing pipelines.The distance among underground pipelines shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standard Code for design of cement plant GB 50295.
