2.0.1 Waste heat recovery(WHR)

The system utilizes the recoverable thermal energy exhausted in production process on the basis of environmental temperature.

2.0.2 Waste heat power generation(WHG)

To generate power by using waste heat discharged in cement production process.

2.0.3 Air quenching cooler boiler(AQC boiler)

The heat-exchange device to produce hot water,steam and other working mediums by utilizing waste heat of exhaust gas discharged from kiln head clinker cooler,AQC boiler for short.

2.0.4 Suspend preheater boiler(SP boiler)

The heat-exchange device to produce hot water,steam and other working mediums by utilizing waste heat of exhaust gas discharged from kiln tail preheater,SP or PH boiler for short.

2.0.5 Bypass boiler(BP boiler)

The heat-exchange device to produce hot water,steam and other working mediums by utilizing waste heat of exhaust gas discharged from kiln tail bypass,BP boiler for short.

2.0.6 Combined heat and power

Waste heat power generation may also supply heating to externality by hot water or steam at the same time of the production of electric energy.

2.0.7 Main building

Combined building equipped with steam turbine generator unit and the corresponding workshops.

2.0.8 Flasher

The container,which can enable the hot water at certain temperature and pressure to turn into the saturated steam under certain pressure because of the pressure decreasing.

2.0.9 Disconnection

The process of disconnecting the operation between the waste heat boiler and cement production line.

2.0.10 Percentage of auxiliary power

Ratio between the service power consumption and the total generation of the waste heat power generation system.
