3.1　Installation of Power Distribution and Converting System

3.1.1　The equipment structure shall not be with deformation and its surface shall not be damaged；indicating instrument，button，knob and built-in parts shall not be with bruising，blocking，jamming，shedding and breakdown.

3.1.2　The equipment installation position shall meet the engineering design requirements，and the allowable deviation shall be within±10mm.

3.1.3　Equipment racks shall be put in alignment，and the rack-to-rack gap shall not be greater than 3mm.The allowable vertical deviation shall be within±0.1%.Front panels of the equipment racks in the same row shall be in a vertical plane，and the allowable deviation in the row line shall be within±3mm per meter and±15mm per row.

3.1.4　The equipment rack shall be installed and reinforced according to the engineering design requirements.

3.1.5　The painted surface of equipment racks shall be intact and clean.

3.1.6　Equipment and equipment parts shall be installed firmly，and the wiring shall be correct.
