5.6　Refractory Shop

5.6.1　Refractory shop should be located in the area close to boundary of the iron and steel plant and at leeward side of the sintering area and iron making area in terms of the wind direction of the least frequency in normal year.

5.6.2　The furnace lining shop should be arranged near the steel making area.

5.6.3　Breaking and crushing device，shaft kiln，rotary kiln，tunnel kiln and the like should be arranged at windward side of the refractory shop in terms of the wind direction of the least frequency in normal year.

5.6.4　The raw material storage shall be arranged in a centralized way in the area close to boundary of the plant where the convenient transportation condition is available.

5.6.5　The finished product storage shall，in line with the process requirement，be arranged in the area enjoying convenient transportation conditions.
