3.6 Saturation Index（Langelier Index）
A calculated number used to predict the tendency of precipitation or dissolution of calcium carbonate in water using quantitative method.
Note:Saturation index is expressed as the difference between the actual pH and the theoretically calculated pH when calcium carbonate in water is in equilibrium condition.
