3.11　Examination on Microduct，Microduct Bundle，Microduct Cable and Microduct Accessories

3.11.1　All intersections of any microduct，microduct bundle or cable of microduct shall be even without any pore or defect.Both inner and outer surfaces shall be free from any visible crack，needle hole，joint，stain，patch or other defects.

3.11.2　Color coding of the microduct shall be in compliance with the requirements of the current professional standard Microduct Optical Fiber for Installation by Blowing and Optical Units for Telecommunication Part III-Microduct，Microduct Bundle and Microduct Accessories YD/T 1460.3.

3.11.3　The designated value of standard manufactured length of microduct is 2000m，3000m，or 4000m，and its allowable deviation is 0-+5%.

3.11.4　Any microduct that does not comply with sealability requirements in the design shall not be used.

3.11.5　Microduct accessories shall meet the following requirements:

1　Straight joints shall be socket-based to ensure easy connection.

2　Seal caps for microducts and microduct cables shall have good sealability to prevent from invasion of mud and water.

3　The joints of microduct shall not be loose and be free from any visible deformation.

4　Data of manufacturing performance test and mechanical performance test for water-blocking and airblocking caps shall comply with design requirements.
