PartⅠ Interpretation of Cybersecurity Classified Protection System of China

Cybersecurity is a non-traditional, evolving, and yet, holistic security issue. It is a systematic project that requires individuals and organizations in our society to take responsibilities and work together to deliver our respective obligations. Cybersecurity is not absolute; otherwise, it is dynamic and relative. Cybersecurity is not a problem that a country can control completely. It has the characteristics of globalization and should be considered and distributed from the perspective of global informatization. Cybersecurity is not an isolated problem, and should be fully considered in the process of system development. Cybersecurity is not a traditional issue, so it cannot be solved by traditional methods, and it needs new ideas and means to comprehensively adopt policies, laws, management, technology and other measures.
